Declutter Chattanooga was founded by Matt Sigler, a seasoned professional with a wealth of expertise in lean management and the 5S organizational methodology. During his tenure as a Training Coordinator for a logistics partner of Volkswagen, Matt became adept at the 5S system—a structured process aimed at minimizing waste and boosting efficiency through streamlined organization.
Recognizing the transformative power of 5S in creating order, Matt applied these techniques in his personal life and realized their potential for enhancing home environments. Understanding that not everyone finds joy in organizing, Matt established Declutter Chattanooga with a key principle in mind—a non-judgmental, efficient solution for individuals seeking to reclaim their living spaces. The company's mission is to create functional, stress-free environments tailored to each client's needs.
Our Founder
Matt Sigler has lived in Chattanooga most of his life, graduating from Hixson high school, getting his undergraduate degree from Bryan College and Masters degree from Lee University. He’s been married 24 years to his wife, Kristen. They have three beautiful daughters, and just recently added a new son-in-law to the family. Matt and Kristen attend RiverChurch in downtown Chattanooga, where Matt is a worship leader.
